Use of this site
You may browse this website freely. You may not attempt to interfere with its operation, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, copy it at scale, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages.
Portal accounts
Portal access is personal to the account holder and is issued by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.
Project information
Drawings, budgets, schedules and messages shared through the portal are provided for the purposes of the relevant project. They are confidential and must not be shared outside the project team.
Estimates and quotes
Figures shown on this website, or given in response to an enquiry, are estimates only and do not form part of a contract. A binding price is established only in a written contract signed by both parties.
Portfolio images
Photographs submitted for the project portfolio are reviewed before publication. We may decline any submission and may remove a published image at our discretion.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lane County, Oregon.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided as it is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you use the site is the one that applies. They were last updated on 27 October 2026.
