A contractor who
does the work himself.
Vanguard Construction is a licensed Oregon general contractor based in Springfield, working across Lane County and the surrounding communities.
Tyler Knotts has more than ten years in construction, working across residential remodels, home improvements and repair work in the Lane County area. Vanguard Construction is that same experience, trading under its own name and its own licence.
The company was built on a simple idea: do the work properly, and do not start anything you cannot finish on the date you gave.
Every job is owner-led, from the first walk-through to the final touch-up. You talk to the person doing the work, not to a department.
What we value
Four things we will not trade away
- Owner-led. You talk to the person running the job.
- Clear scope, clear price. A written scope and pricing before work begins.
- Honest about what you need. If it is not a good fit, we will say so.
- Details that last. The finish is the part people notice.
